Our ''All-In-One'' 3 stage cooling, dehumidification, re-heating, recovery, automation and filtration unit is a compact but an efficient system built to last. It is 100% plug and play standalone ''one piece'' unit, which needs only ducts and power supply for its start up. In support of the health care process, HVAC systems are called upon to perform several vital functions that affect environmental conditions, infection and hazard control, and building life safety. MAX.E3-DH series units are designed and manufactured in accordance with all the major international standards.
EN 1886 - Ventilation for buildings - Air handling units - Mechanical Performance: The standard is a part of a series of standards for air handling units, used for ventilation and air conditioning of buildings for human occupancy. It considers the mechanical performance of an air handling unit and will be supported by a standard for sections and components. This standard specifies test methods, test requirements and classifications for air handling units, which are supplying and/or extracting air, via ductwork, for ventilating/conditioning a part or the whole of the building.
This document treats not only the ventilating and air-conditioning unit, but also the distribution system. MAX.e3-DH is constructed in accordance with the general technical requirements of this memorandum. They concern:
ASHRAE - HVAC design manual for hospitals and clinics, which provides in-depth design recommendations based on best practices, and presents proven, cost-effective, and reliable solutions that result in low maintenance cost and high reliability.
MAX.e3-DH is an equipment specially developed for hospitals, where the temperature and the relative humidity have to be in narrow limits (±1oC / ±2%) maintained. It is designed to:
Operations Rooms (OR) being the most critical area in a hospital complex, it is necessary to control OT air in respect of temperature, humidity and particulate matter content of air, micro-organisms, i.e. bacteria, viruses, fungi etc.
Laminar air flow system (LAF) is non-turbulent air distribution system which is in bell-shaped lanes vertically on the operating table. At the entrance of the plenum is provided with a HEPA filter of 0.3 microns with 99.99% efficiency. The plenum also functions as a light source above the operating area; it has energy efficient LED lights fitted to it and provides shadow less lighting.
It is necessary to maintain the air velocity in the operating area at the required level and is ensured by LAF. Clean, treated and filtered air coming from LAF over the operative area carries bacterial away from the patient and the inmates. As per NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare) the air velocity should be between 2.5 – 3.5 CM (meter per minute). We ensure the same in our designs.
Highly clean air of LAF falls in CLASS 100/ISO 5 category. When this air moves further in OT after leaving LAF area it mixes with lesser clean air of the room along with heat, moisture and bacterial load from the operative area; gradually loses its clean state and while it reaches the last point in OR from where it is sucked back to the AHU. Air in peripheral area of LAF normally falls in CLASS 10,000/ISO 100,000 categories, depending on the OT size. LAF can be made in various sizes as per the requirement. AHU can be mounted in different ways; AHU can be kept outside OT, normally floor mounted or can be Ceiling Suspended above the OR with maintenance accessibility provisions. Return air is taken from almost floor level in OT, sent to the AHU through the VU treatment module, and returned through plenum with fresh air as per the requirements through LAF. Filtered, treated and cooled fresh air is added within AHU. This addition of fresh air also maintains positive pressure in the OR. Since the OR has a positive pressure, the outside room air entering the OR is restricted while the doors are opened. We also provide necessary cascade pressure relief dampers on the wall to relieve excess pressure in hermetically sealed areas.

VISOCALL IP brings together care, information, service, organization and billing in hospitals using a common functional platform. IP-based network technology forms the economical, secure and extensible structure for all functions and services in the care sector.
The primary aim of nurse call systems in hospitals is to support people in emergency situations and offering quick assistance. Reliability and fault-free functioning therefore have the highest priority.
VISOCALL IP is made up of decentralized blocks that communicate independently with each other. There is no centralized control unit, thereby eliminating the possibility of total system failure. VISOCALL IP is certified in accordance with VDE 0834 – proof of its high level of reliability and permanent system availability. The redundancy concept also provides an extra level of security.
The Most Important Thing: Safety of the Patients - The primary target of nurse call systems in hospitals is to support people in emergency situations, offering quick assistance. Reliability and fault-free functioning therefore have the highest priority.
A Fail-Safe System - VISOCALL IP is not dependent on the system’s backbone. The intelligent system elements perform their task even without a network or a server.
Automatic Fault Detection - VISOCALL IP monitors itself. System faults are automatically detected and are forwarded immediately to the responsible member of the technical staff. Detailed fault descriptions are made available immediately to mobile devices via pagers, dect, smartphones or tablets.
Without Interference in its own Communications Network - VISOCALL IP uses its own network within wards. Faults in external devices (e.g. diagnostic devices or EDP systems) do not cause the system to be compromised.
Anti-Microbial Coated Surfaces - The anti-microbial surface of the operating devices reduces the risk of pathogens spreading.
Integrating several systems offers entirely new opportunities. A multitude of different systems and technologies, where the individual branches often even have proprietary interfaces, is accompanied by a multitude of possible sources of errors. Boiling it all down to a common platform increases security and minimizes costs.
Modular software functions make it possible to assemble the system for every operator individually and in a cost-optimized manner, as well as allowing the extension of system functions without needing to interrupt operation. Plug & play system devices and the use of ''IntelliFIX'' self-disconnecting plugs reduce servicing and operating costs.
Used of Highly-Advanced Network Technology - VISOCALL IP uses economical standard network technology. Existing network structures can be used.
Modular System: Incremental Structure Possible - Additional functions like the billing system, the solution for protecting patients with dementia, care data logging or patient entertainment can be activated at any time at a later stage. Ongoing operation is not affected in any way.
Simple to Renovate and Revitalize - Existing cable ducts can be reused, as a single network cable does not take up much space. Older Schrack Seconet systems can also be functionally integrated into the VISOCALL IP platform, thereby vindicating previous investments.
VISOCALL IP Lowers Operating Costs - With the simple structure used, expenses for servicing and maintenance can be minimized.
IntelliFIX: Self-Disconnecting Plug - The plug yields in the event of tensile loads from any direction. Cables do not tear, sockets are protected, and the most common causes of repair can be avoided. IntelliFIX is also exceptionally cost-optimized and is included on every system device as standard.
Plug and Play: Socket Connections and Modules - When installing or replacing modules there is nothing that can go wrong, what formerly had to be tediously screwed in is now available as a plug-in module. The result is plug and play without time-consuming programming or configuration.
Central Upload of Firmware and Software Updates - New functions, software and updates for all devices can be uploaded from a central unit.
Remote Diagnosis and Access - he servicing company that is responsible for maintenance can check the overall state of the system from any location and deploy technicians in a targeted fashion.
Precise information is available quickly and on the move. The devices are intuitive to operate and help to set priorities. The speech function frees staff members from making unnecessary journeys. This saves time and resources.
A hotel-like feeling, offering state of the art convenience and comprehensive range of services, increases the attractiveness of every healthcare establishment.
In comparison to the standard air-conditioning and ventilation systems, our concept solution has many advantages, like cost effectiveness in various means:
Energy Consumption/Costs - 3 to 3.5 times (300-350%) lesser energy consumption (kWh), compared to “Standard” solution – AHU + Chiller + Pump.
Initial Investment Costs - by removing the need for chiller, extraction fan, pumps and connections between chiller and AHU like pipes, fittings, insulation, etc.
Reduces Labour (installation) Costs, needed for the above-mentioned connections.
Installed Electric Power/Supply Costs - significantly reduces the installed electric power demands; sizes and quantity of cables needed for the HVAC system, etc.
REDUCED TIME FOR:
Designers - to design and implement the solution into the HVAC system. It requires minimum work.
Installers - to place and install the unit, they only need to connect it to the duct system and provide it with power supply.
Service Technicians - to start up the unit.
Service and Maintenance - as an “All in One” concept, they are reduced to the minimum. The only thing required is to check and replace the air-filters as recommended. The system has “Internet Monitoring”, which completely eliminate the need of service and maintenance staff.
Building Management System - significantly reduces the costs for a BMS system. The built-in pCO WEB circuit board, allows a permanent internet connection to the equipment from any location in the world and helps you/us to make adequate reaction to situations requiring fast and accurate solutions to the problem. It can interface with more of the widely used communication standards, either directly or via gateways.
We introduce AUGMA ambient vaporizers for cryogenic liquid-to-gas conversions. Ambient vaporizer is a mandatory component in whether for a cylinder filling plant or an end-user application. As per the application, variety of vaporizer options are offered by AUGMA and guidance if required are also provided by carefully evaluating the applications. Selections are available in consideration with the flow rate, pressure, ambient climate, usage (hours per day), space availability and material compatibility for the type of liquid in service.
Our specially designed and extruded aluminum profile fins allow maximum ambient heat is conducted into the cryogenic liquid stream to provide maximum vaporization. This vaporization system is the most economical solution for production and operation. Vaporizers are carefully sized for the application by increasing the unit in length and width as appropriate.
Various ambient vaporizers models allow the selection of the process tubing to comply with the maximum working pressure and liquid types for which the vaporizer is used. Tube materials includes aluminum for low pressure applications up to 40 bars and stainless steel up to 400 bars.
Ambient vaporizers is the same as in the Ambient Air type but circulated by electric fans to increase the efficiency of the vaporization almost to the double capacity. Usually this type is used to reduce the size of the vaporizer. Electric fans ranging from 1 to 10 Kw is used with control panel and power is required for operation. This type of vaporizers can be mounted horizontally and can still get good efficiency. Advantage of this type is that it can be installed in low ceiling areas or area with less footprint.
When procuring a vaporizer, you should consider the location, where it is going to be installed, pressure, flow rate, humidity, ambient, air circulation, duty cycle etc. Typical conditions for regular models while designing, AUGMA considers 8 hours of continuous duty cycle and 21ºC ambient temperature. However, we are capable of designing and producing vaporizers to your requirements if requested.
